After throwing up in his car, a friend of Cécile B. Evans wrote a letter to excuse and explain herself to the actor Hugh Jackman, for whom she worked as a PA. This letter is printed on the glass of the frame, while the depicted mineral graphite on the c-print is an important component in the production of data storage components. Mounted onto the c-print is a SD card that contains a digital version of the letter. When digital files are copied, the binary code of original and copy, consisting of Ones and Zeros, is never identical.
